The AIS-R Foundation's Mission is to support the American International School-Riyadh so that it may continue to provide an enriching global educational experience that prepares students to succeed in the 21st century.

To carry out this Mission, the AIS-R Foundation seeks individual and corporate contributions and gifts. The AIS-R Foundation also supports educational initiatives and philanthropic organizations around the world. The AIS-R Foundation is recognized as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS. It is incorporated under United States Law as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Board of Directors.
